Music

Whether at Eucharist on Sunday morning or Vespers on Sunday evening, music at Incarnate Word is rich in liturgical tradition. It is traditional and creative. It is scriptural and eclectic, done with care and excellence. But above all, it is participatory as we raise our voices in song proclaiming the crucified and risen Christ. Music at Incarnate Word is anything but a “spectator sport.”

Incarnate Word is blessed by strong choral leadership. Under the direction of Mr. Thatcher Lyman, the choir of Incarnate Word is indispensable in helping the congregation find its voice of proclamation with clarity, precision, and vigor.
